$418 – 2 Days

This engaging two-day workshop serves as a primer for all other courses related to mediation. It is designed to build a core foundation of knowledge about the wideranging understanding of the practice of mediation in the 21st century Canadian context. It will also work at challenging and reinforcing one’s world view and its connection to the philosophies which guide this practice. Participants will explore the different philosophies, definitions, practices and models currently used. In doing so, a larger field of vision will be revealed, allowing learners to carefully assess their own context and make informed, intelligent choices in planning their future mediation training path.

Dates: Sept 27-28, Dec 7-8, Mar 6-7

$709 – 3 Days

Mediating at Work is taking leadership to the next level by proactively and effectively addressing conflict. Managers, supervisors, elders and community members of all kinds are faced with helping people in conflict every day.
It is recommended that you attend Introduction to Mediation: Building a Foundation for Practice prior to attending this course; however, it is not a requirement.

Prerequisite: Intro to Conflict Resolution: Difficult People & Coaching for Resolution
