Certificate Program

Resolution Skills Centre offers three conflict resolution certificates:

• Conflict Management Certificate
• Mediation Skills Certificate
• Resolution Skills Certificate

Each program consists of 22 days of training:

• Eight days of Core Skills
• Ten days of courses in your chosen area – Leadership or Mediation
• Four days of additional/elective skills in any area

Individuals taking the Resolution Skills Certificate will take 14 days of courses in any area – Leadership Skills, Mediation Skills or Additional Resolution Skills. Participants are encouraged to choose additional skills based on their area of interest.
