David Dyck

David is a private consultant in conflict resolution and restorative justice. He has his Masters in Conflict Resolution Studies and has been mediating and leading training programs in the private, public and community-based sectors for over 15 years. David Falk is both a Partner of Facilitated Solutions, a Winnipeg firm specializing in addressing workplace conflict, and an Associate Trainer of the Resolution Skills Centre, Manitoba’s premiere conflict resolution training organization. David brings to his practice a rich background having worked since 1990 in a variety of settings as a mediator, trainer, facilitator, academic and workplace consultant. Sue Hemphill

Sue Hemphill has taught conflict resolution for over twenty years. Sue holds a diploma in Mediation and is certified as an Intercultural and Prejudice Reduction Trainer. In addition to mediating conflicts which has included human rights disputes for the Manitoba Human Rights Commission, Sue designs and facilitates large-scale community consultations and multi-party collaboration projects. Karen Ridd

Karen is a mediator, educator and activist with experience in Southeast Asia, Latin America and North America. Karen has been active in conflict resolution for over 20 years. Janet P. Schmidt

Janet has her Masters in Education and has been training and practicing conflict resolution and mediation for 20 years. From 1996 to 1999, Jan helped develop and teach a nine-month Peace and Conflict Transformation Program in Zambia, Africa. Rick Schmidt

Rick began mediating in 1991, and has worked with Mediation Services’ victim-offender reconciliation program, families, schools, neighborhoods, businesses, arts groups, churches and other NGOs and public institutions. He holds a Master of Arts in Conflict Resolution, a Diploma in Mediation and a Certificate in Conflict Resolution. Eric Stutzman

Eric has been working as a mediator and trainer in conflict transformation and mediation since 1996. He has extensive experience in justice-related mediation, workplace conflict resolution, labour relations and international peace presence work. Eric has co-authored restorative justice and mediation curricula for adults and youth.
